Systematic steps to buy your home 

  Available Properties
 
Using information you provide us, we will convert to that to a search of available properties.  We will search our New Home and Multiple listing databases to determine available homes meeting your specifications.  Using email, we will provide you with detailed information on available properties, together with maps and tax information. 

Look at Most Promising Homes
 
Reviewing the information on houses we provided select the most likely meet you objectives. You may wish to drive by the homes the most promising home to judge the subdivision.  
   We have many home builders floor plans on file, but if you want to visit them for the latest floor plans and to look at their subdivision, we would like to go with you. If you do go alone, inform them that we are working for you. 
Do not sign any contract with out a member of the Bruner Team present. 
 
Once you have selected to most promising subdivisions, we need to accompany you to thoroughly  view the property against your stated objectives. 
Select the Best
 
Select the home that best meets your needs. We will work to assure the home meets all your current objectives. Together we will
determining the total housing expenses including water, sewer, electric, gas, telephone, trash collection, mortgage (rent), homeowner association fees, and yard maintenance. Flood zone determination can be provided through the mortgage company.  We will assist you in estimating driving times, locating churches, evaluating schools and neighborhood information .
